- Masters's Degree of a Recognised University in Hindi/English with Hindi / English as a compulsory and elective subject at degree level.
- Bacholer Degree in hindi and English as main subjects.
- Those candidates who have passed B.A hons.in english / hindi with english/hindi as a compulsory subjects are eligible for the post.
- Age Limit : Not Exceeding 28 Years as on 01/10/2013.
- Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300-34800 + GP Rs. 4200/- + Allowances
- Candidates belonging to General and OBC Category need to pay Rs. 200/- in the form of demand draft/Bankers Cheques drawn in favour of ESIC Fund a/c no.1 payable at New Delhi.
- SC/ST/PWD/Female Candidates, Ex Servicemen and ESIC Employees are exempted from the fee.
