• Name of The Post : Assistant Public Prosecutors
• Total no. of Posts : 20
• Pay Scale : Rs.9300-34800/- + Grade Pay Rs.4600/- + DA
• Job Location : Delhi

• Age Limit : Candidates age limit should not exceed 63 years of age.
• Educational Qualification: All candidates should have a Degree in law from the recognized University.

Experience:

(1) Retired Prosecuting Officers of the Govt. of NCT of Delhi.
(2) Retired Prosecuting Officers of other Govt. agencies like CBI etc.
(3) Retired prosecuting officers of State Governments and Union territories of India.
(4) Legal practitioners who have already worked as Assistant Public Prosecutor for two years or more on contract basis/ regular basis with the Directorate of Prosecution, Govt. of NCT of Delhi.
