Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 21 to 40 Years as on July 1st, 2013.
- Civil, Electrical, Mechanical - Candidates must have Bachelor Engineering degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Civil or Electrical Engineering from an Institution or University recognised by the Government (OR) or has passed Associate Membership Examination in Section "A" and "B".
- Agricultural - Applicants must possess a Bachelor degree in Agricultural recognised by the Government as equivalent.
- Bhoomi Sanrakshan Adhikari/Technical Officer - Candidates must possess Bachelor degree in Agricultural/Civil Engineering from a University established by law in India or a qualification recognised by the Govt. as equivalent thereto.

- General & OBC -> Rs. 200/- + On-line processing fee Rs. 15/-
- SC/ST -> Exam fee Rs. 80/- + On-line processing fee Rs. 15/- Total = Rs. 95/-
