Eligibility Crteria

• Age Limit : Candidates age limit should not exceed 25 years and should not be below than 18 years as on 01-08-2013.

• Educational qualification : Candidates should possess Matriculation or Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) examination from a Recognized board/University or equivalent.

• Desirable : Candidates should have Skill Test - English Typing with minimum speed of 35 words per minute on computer; or Hindi Typing with minimum speed of 30 words per minute on computer.

• Selection Process : Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Written Examination, Skill Test and Final Medical Examination.

Application Fee : 

• Eligible candiadates have to pay Rs. 50/-(Gen/OBC) categories as a application fee. Application fee should be paid through Bank Demand Draft drawn in favour of "Accounts Officer, SSB, SHQ HQ, RANIDANGA," payable at SBI Branch, Siliguri (WB) Code-0184.

• No fee will be charged from SC/ST and Ex-servicemen candidates.
