Eligibility Criteria

• Company Prosecutor-I : Candidates must possess Advocate having at least seven years experience at Bar in the field of corporate law. Experience in the field of criminal law is also desirable.
• Company Prosecutor-II :  Candidates must possess Advocate having at least 3 years experience at Bar in the field of corporate law. Experience in the field of criminal law is also desirable.
