Pay Scale : PB-2 (Rs.9300-34800) with Grade Pay of Rs.4200/- for S.No 1 to 4 and PB
-1 (Rs.5200-20200) with Grade Pay of Rs.2800/- for S.No Five.

Eligibility Criteria

Maximum Age Limit :

• Candidates maximum age limit is 32 years for S.No.1 to 4 Posts, 27 years for S.No.5 Post. Age Relaxation is also available.
• Age Relaxable by 5 years for SC / ST candidates and 3 years for OBC.

Educational Qualification By Post :

(i) Junior Technical Superintendent - M.Tech Degree (OR) B.E./B.Tech (with two years relevant experience) (OR) Diploma (with four years relevant experience) in Engineering in appropriate field with a minimum of 55% marks.

(ii) Junior Technical Superintendent (Hindi Cell) - Master's Degree (OR) Bachelor's degree (with 3 years relevant experience) In Hindi.

(iii) Junior Superintendent (Publication Cell) - Graduate In any discipline, preferably in Science with PG Diploma In Journalism. Should have good command over English and Hindi languages.
Experience-Five years experience In Proof-reading / Editing in a reputed organization.

(iv) Staff Nurse - Intermediate OR 10+2 (OR) B.Sc Nursing (OR) equivalent and must have passed the examination held by the Nursing Council with 3 years course In General Nursing and Mid-wlfery. Registered as A grade Nurse with Nursing Council.

(iv) Senior Mechanic/Senior Laboratory Assistant - Bachelors Degree in Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech.) in Computer / I.T or in appropriate field with a minimum of 55% marks. (OR) M.Sc in Physics / Electronics / Electrical / I.T. / Eleclronlcs & Communications / M.Sc In Chemistry / Chemical Engg. / Bio-Technology / Polymer Science or In appropriate field. Masters Degree In Computer / MCA or In appropriate field with a minimum of 55% marks. (OR) Three years Diploma in Electronic / Electrical / Electronics & Communications Engineering / Mechanical / Applied Mech. / Civil Engg. / Textile Technology / Computer / I.T. / Engineering or B.Sc In Chemistry / Bio-Technology / Polymer Science / Textile chemistry with a minimum of 55% marks plus two years relevant experience.

• Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on their performance in written and/ or practical tests/ or presentation & interview.

• Candidates have to pay the Application Fee of Rs. 50/- in the form of  Demand draft/ Indian Postal Order drawn in favour of Registrar, IIT Delhi, Payable at New Delhi. 

• No application Fee for SC/ ST candidates.
