Minimum Educational Qualification : 

• Candidate should possess Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University in atleast second division preferably with Hindi Literature and/or English Literature.

Experience Required : 

• A Diploma in Journalism or experience of atleast Three years in Journalism or Publicity work in any recognized Institution or Government Department/Cooperative Organization/ Public Undertaking.

Preference :  A candidate who has :- (1) Served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of two years.
(2) has obtained a ‘B’ Certificate of the National Cadet Corps, shall other things being equal, be given preference in the matter of Direct Recruitment.
