Eligibility Criteria :
Educational Qualification : Candidate must possess P.hd from recognized university.
Age Limit : Candidate age should be between 21 to 35 years.
Selection Process : Candidates will be selected based on their performance in written exam and interview.

Candidates belongs to GEN. category have to pay Rs 130 and Rs.90/- for SC/ST of Uttarakhand in the form of Demand Draft or Postal Order in favour of "Secretary, Uttarakhand Public Service Commission, Haridwar” payable at Haridwar. Please write your name and address at the back of the draft.
