Eligibility Conditions:

• 
• Candidate age should be between 18 to 38 years as on 1-1-2013. The Upper age limit relaxed up to 45 years for all States/ Central Government employees. Age Relaxation 5 years for SC/ST and BC category candidates.

Educational Qualifications:

• District Sports Officer : Candidate must possess Diploma in coaching from National Institute of Sports or should have an experience of working for a minimum period of ten years in coaching in any game or in office administration. Candidate Should have played game referred to in for the state team in any national championship. Punjabi of Matric or its equivalent standard.
• Functional Manager : Candidate must possess Engineering or in any discipline of Textile Technology or its equivalent (OR) Diploma in discipline of Textile Technology or its equivalent. Punjabi of Matric or its equivalent standard.
