- (a) Master degree in computers application or Computer science or M.tech or B.e / B.tech in information technology or computer engeering science from any recognised university or institute.
- Twelve years experince of electronic data processing or Computer oriented optimisation information out of which sevan years experince should be in actual computer programing and system Design.
- (b) B.E / B.tech in electronics and electronics and communication engineering from recognised University of Institute .
- 13 years experince of electronic data processing or Computer oriented optimisation information out of which Eight years experince should be in actual computer programing and system Design.
- (c) Bachelor's degree in computers application or Computer science or information technology fron any recognised university or Institute.
